15. Termination and Effects of Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms with immediate effect by giving written notice to the other party if the other party commits a material breach of these Terms and, where such breach is capable of remedy, fails to remedy that breach within a period of 15 day(s) after being notified to do so, or if the other party becomes insolvent, enters into liquidation, has a receiver or administrator appointed, ceases or threatens to cease carrying on business, or is otherwise unable to pay its debts as they fall due.
Either party may also terminate these Terms for convenience by giving 30 day(s) written notice to the other party.
