Services
We coordinate export packaging and international delivery for custom retail fixtures manufactured in Guangzhou, China. The scope can include protective packaging, component labels, installation-sequence packing, shipping marks, container loading, freight coordination, and phased or store-by-store shipment planning.
Packaging and delivery requirements should be defined before shipment. The quotation or contract must identify the Incoterm, carrier responsibility, customs scope, insurance, risk transfer, last-mile delivery, unloading, storage, and site handover responsibilities.
Production time and freight time are separate. Super U Display Group does not provide on-site unloading, local construction, permitting, or installation. Assembly information and remote technical guidance can be included in the agreed manufacturing or handover scope.

Destination & Delivery Date
Confirm the destination country and city, required arrival date, target opening date, and any site access restrictions.
Fixture & Shipment Information
Provide the fixture list, quantities, dimensions, estimated weights, store allocation, and shipment sequence.
Packaging Requirements
Define suitable wrapping, edge and corner protection, foam, cartons, pallets, plywood crates, moisture protection, or other agreed methods.
Component & Store Labels
Confirm item codes, box labels, store numbers, room or zone references, assembly sequence, and shipping marks.
Loading Plan
Review package dimensions, weights, loading sequence, container use, fragile items, and unloading considerations.
Trade Terms & Freight Scope
State the Incoterm, origin and destination charges, carrier scope, documentation, and point of responsibility transfer.
Customs & Compliance Documents
Confirm who is responsible for import clearance and which commercial, product, material, or destination documents are required.
Insurance & Damage Evidence
Define cargo insurance responsibility and the photographs, delivery records, notices, and other evidence required if loss or damage occurs.
Last-mile & Site Handover
Identify responsibility for destination transport, appointments, unloading, lifting equipment, storage, site access, and delivery acceptance.
Installation Handover
Confirm the local contractor, required assembly documents, prepared hardware, component labels, and remote technical guidance scope.
