Enginerring & Prototyping

Develop Retail Fixture Designs for Production

We develop retail concepts and approved designs into defined manufacturing information. The engineering scope can include design-for-manufacturing review, technical drawings, component details, materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, assembly, and packaging requirements.

Samples and prototypes are selected according to project risk. A project may require material or finish samples, a critical component, a prototype section, or a complete fixture prototype. Not every project needs a full prototype, and each validation step should have written review criteria.

The quotation will define the required drawings, samples, prototypes, approval stages, revisions, responsibilities, and release conditions before production.

Engineering & Prototyping Checklist

Starting-file Review

Provide the concept, renderings, technical drawings, dimensions, fixture list, quantities, materials, finishes, destination, and required date.

Design-for-manufacturing Review

Check structure, materials, fabrication methods, tolerances, hardware, lighting, assembly, packaging, and production constraints.

Technical Documentation

Define the required shop drawings, technical drawings, 3D models, component details, specifications, and assembly information.

Open Technical Decisions

Record missing dimensions, material selections, interfaces, functions, compliance inputs, and customer decisions before quotation or production.

Material & Finish Samples

Identify the colors, textures, substrates, coatings, hardware, lighting, or other components that require physical approval.

Prototype Scope

Decide whether the project needs a component sample, prototype section, complete fixture prototype, or another agreed validation method.

Validation Criteria

State what will be reviewed, such as form, fit, function, appearance, structure, hardware, lighting, usability, or assembly.

Corrections & Revisions

Document review comments, approved changes, additional work, and the version released for the next stage.

Manufacturing Release

Confirm the approved drawings, samples, quantities, responsibilities, commercial terms, and remaining conditions before production begins.

Send Your Design Files for an Engineering Review

Include the available drawings, dimensions, materials, quantities, functional requirements, destination, and the items that need validation. We will identify the engineering, sample, or prototype scope required.
