Services
We manufacture made-to-order retail fixtures for brands, design firms, shopfitters, contractors, and store development teams. Our 10,000 m² facility in Guangzhou, China, has 120 employees and more than 20 woodworking and metalworking machines.
The manufacturing scope can coordinate joinery, metalwork, glass, mirror, acrylic, stone and solid surfaces, paint and specialty finishes, signage, lighting, hardware, and assembly. Projects can include a single store, flagship location, shop-in-shop, permanent indoor retail kiosk, production batch, or multi-store rollout.
Manufacturing begins after the required drawings, materials, finishes, quantities, samples, responsibilities, and commercial terms are approved. Website images and previous projects show manufacturing capabilities; they are not stocked or ready-to-ship products.
Manufacturing Checklist
Project fit
Confirm the project type, retail sector, store area, order value, number of locations, fixture quantities, destination, and required date.
Approved Manufacturing Information
Provide or approve the production drawings, dimensions, specifications, materials, finishes, hardware, lighting, graphics, and assembly requirements.
Fixture & Quantity Schedule
Confirm fixture types, item codes, quantities, store allocation, and any approved variations between locations.
Material & Component Scope
Identify the joinery, metal, glass, acrylic, stone, finishes, signage, lighting, hardware, and purchased components included in the order.
Samples & Standards
Record the approved material samples, finish samples, components, prototypes, tolerances, and other acceptance references.
Production Plan
Confirm approved quantities, production sequence, required approvals, batch releases, and the production lead-time starting point.
Quality Requirements
Define incoming, in-process, functional, assembly, and final inspection requirements against written project criteria.
Packaging & Labeling
Specify protection, component labels, store allocation, installation sequence, pallet or crate requirements, and shipping marks.
Delivery & Handover
Confirm the Incoterm, destination, freight scope, risk transfer, required documents, local contractor, and site responsibilities.
Repeat Production
Maintain the approved drawings, samples, finish standards, and change record required for later stores, replacement parts, or replenishment.
