Quality Control & Inspection
Services

We define quality control against the approved drawings, samples, specifications, tolerances, functions, quantities, and written acceptance criteria for each project. The confirmed quality control team includes 10 people.
The inspection scope can cover incoming materials and components, in-process dimensions and finishes, quantities, hardware, lighting, function, assembly, and final condition. Pre-assembly, photo or video records, customer inspection, and third-party inspection can be included where appropriate and agreed.
Inspection methods are not identical for every fixture or project. The quotation or contract should state what will be checked, how acceptance will be recorded, who can approve the result, and what happens if an item does not meet the agreed requirement.
