Our Project Capabilities

Coordinate materials, approvals, manufacturing, inspection, and packaging before shipment

Design & Engineering

The agreed scope can include technical drawings, 3D models, design-for-manufacturing review, material and finish specifications, structure, assembly details, and installation documentation.

Samples & Prototypes

Material samples, finish samples, component samples, or physical prototypes can be used to review critical dimensions, appearance, structure, function, and assembly before production.

Multi-Material Manufacturing

We coordinate wood and panel products, metal, glass, mirror, acrylic, stone and solid surfaces, paint finishes, hardware, signage, and lighting against the approved specification.

Project-Level Quality Control

Inspection can cover incoming materials, dimensions, finishes, quantities, hardware, lighting, function, assembly, and final condition. Pre-assembly, photo or video records, customer inspection, or third-party inspection are included when agreed for the project.

Export Packaging & Delivery

Fixtures can be protected, labeled, and packed by component or installation sequence. Container loading and international freight are coordinated according to the agreed Incoterm, destination, and handover responsibilities.

Repeat Production

Approved drawings, samples, finish standards, and change records provide the basis for later stores, batches, replacement parts, and replenishment orders.

FAQs

Questions to Confirm Before You Request a Quote
Do you sell stocked or ready-to-ship fixtures?
No. Our fixtures are made to order from project drawings, dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes, and functional requirements. Website images and previous designs are capability references, not stocked models.
Yes. Design and engineering can be included as a separate project scope. Send the floor plan, reference images, store type, budget range, and target date so the required deliverables and approvals can be defined. Customers with completed designs can use the manufacturing service without purchasing a separate concept-design scope.
Provide the project location, floor plan or drawings, fixture list, dimensions, quantities, materials and finishes, design status, destination, budget range, required arrival date, and target opening date. Missing information may need to be confirmed before pricing is finalized.
The confirmed production lead time is 25–30 days after drawings, materials, finishes, quantities, commercial terms, and required samples are approved. Freight time is additional. The project schedule must be reviewed before a delivery date is confirmed.
Yes. Packaging and freight are coordinated according to the agreed destination, Incoterm, shipment volume, and handover scope. Customs, destination charges, last-mile delivery, unloading, and risk transfer must be stated in the quotation or contract.

Super U Display Group does not provide on-site installation, unloading, local construction, or permitting. We can prepare drawings, labels, hardware, packaging, and remote technical guidance for the customer’s appointed local contractor.
