Sukoshi Mart is a North American lifestyle retailer offering Japanese and Korean beauty products, stationery, and snacks. Its stores carry a large number of small products within a compact retail environment, creating specific requirements for display capacity, product organization, circulation, and fixture consistency.
The project involved custom wall systems and center-floor gondolas designed to support vertical merchandising and separate different product categories clearly. The fixture package also incorporated acrylic dividers and high-CRI LED lighting. Our scope covered design engineering, shop drawings, prototyping, sample development, material optimization, manufacturing, quality control, pre-shipment inspection, delivery, and rollout support.
