This training provided a comprehensive review of the full project lifecycle, from design development and compliance approval to on-site construction and final handover, further strengthening our team’s capability in executing projects within the Australian market.

Firstly, a detailed understanding of the Turnkey delivery model and end-to-end workflow, including design coordination, fast-track approval processes (CDC/Building Permit), landlord design approvals (RDM/FDA), and dual-layer inspection mechanisms;
Secondly, an in-depth interpretation of local compliance requirements, particularly for food-related retail environments, including standards such as AS4674 for food premises, AS1428.1 for accessibility, as well as requirements related to drainage systems, material selection, hygiene, and safety;
