3. Materials & Customization

Define each visible and functional requirement against one approved specification

Wood, Panel & Wood Finishes

Solid wood, veneer, MDF, engineered panels, melamine, and laminate, with stains, clear coats, lacquer, or high-gloss finishes where specified.

Metal & Metal Finishes

Steel, stainless steel, sheet-metal fabrication, components with powder coating, welding, wet paint, plating, brushing, polishing, or matte finishes.

Glass & Mirror

Tempered, laminated, ultra-clear, or textured glass for shelves, panels, showcases, and mirrors.

Acrylic & Plastics

Clear, colored, laminated, or illuminated acrylic components made through laser cutting, CNC machining, thermoforming, or vacuum forming.

Stone & Solid Surfaces

Solid-surface composites, engineered stone, and selected natural stone where suitable for the fixture design.

Hardware, Signage & Lighting

Locks, hinges, slides, accessories, graphics, signage, LED lighting, transformers, wiring, and other components.

4. Quality Control

The inspection scope can include incoming materials, in-process dimensions and finishes, quantities, hardware, lighting, function, assembly, and final condition. Pre-assembly is included where the fixture design and agreed inspection scope require it.

Photo or video records, customer inspection, or third-party inspection can be included when agreed. We do not describe every fixture as receiving identical testing or every project as receiving complete pre-assembly.

5. Prepare for Global Delivery

We coordinate export packaging, component labeling, container loading, freight, and destination handover according to the agreed delivery scope. The quotation or contract must define the Incoterm, customs clearance, duties and taxes, importer responsibilities, destination charges, last-mile delivery, unloading, and risk transfer.

FAQs

Confirm manufacturer identity, project fit, approvals, schedule, quality, and delivery scope

Super U Display Group is a custom retail fixture and shopfitting manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. We manufacture to approved project requirements rather than selling general stocked products. Customers can review the factory, arrange an agreed inspection, and define the manufacturing and QC evidence required for the project.

No. Fixtures are made to order from project drawings, dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes, and functional requirements. Website images and previous designs are capability references, not stocked models.

The confirmed minimum order value is USD 100,000. Complete-store projects must be at least 60 m², and permanent indoor retail or mall kiosk projects must be at least 18 m². Project type, technical complexity, destination, schedule, and available information are also reviewed before acceptance.

Yes. Design and engineering can be included as a separate project scope. Send the floor plan, reference images, store type, budget range, destination, and target date so the required deliverables and approvals can be defined.

Provide the project location, floor plan or drawings, fixture list, dimensions, quantities, materials and finishes, design status, destination, budget range, required arrival date, and target opening date. Missing information may need to be confirmed before pricing is finalized.

The confirmed production lead time is 25–30 days after drawings, materials, finishes, quantities, commercial terms, and required samples are approved. Prototype development, revisions, approvals, freight, customs, destination handling, and local installation require additional time.

The inspection scope is defined for each project and can include incoming material checks, in-process dimensions and finishes, quantity verification, hardware and lighting checks, function tests, pre-assembly where appropriate, and final inspection. Approved drawings, samples, tolerances, and acceptance criteria provide the inspection basis.

Requirements are reviewed against the destination market, selected materials, electrical components, product scope, and customer specifications. Any document must be checked for its holder, scope, issue date, validity, and project relevance before it supports a claim.

Yes. Packaging and freight are coordinated according to the agreed destination, Incoterm, shipment volume, and handover scope. Customs, destination charges, last-mile delivery, unloading, importer responsibilities, and risk transfer must be stated in the quotation or contract.

Super U Display Group does not provide on-site installation, unloading, local construction, or permitting. We can prepare drawings, labels, hardware, packaging, and remote technical guidance for the customer’s appointed local contractor. Any separately available regional service must be defined in its own agreement.
