Job Description

  1. Work on concepts, plans, specifications and detailed drawings.
  2. Experience in site survey, measurements, retail store planning and shop fit out.
  3. Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details in interior & building design.
  4. Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
  5. Work with international teams and clients.

Job Qualification

  1. Diploma or higher certification in architectural drafting or related majors.
  2. Able to understand and interpret shop drawings is essential and producing working drawings from architects’ sketches and specifications.
  3. In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, codes, and structural.
  4. Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and or REVIT.
  5. Ability to apply the fundamentals of sketching and design.
  6. Mathematical aptitude and high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks.
  7. Sound organizing and time management skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  8. Experience with 3Ds Max, Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage.
  9. Basic Microsoft Office skills and working language as English.
