Job Description
- Work on concepts, plans, specifications and detailed drawings.
- Experience in site survey, measurements, retail store planning and shop fit out.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details in interior & building design.
- Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
- Work with international teams and clients.
Job Qualification
- Diploma or higher certification in architectural drafting or related majors.
- Able to understand and interpret shop drawings is essential and producing working drawings from architects’ sketches and specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, codes, and structural.
- Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD and or REVIT.
- Ability to apply the fundamentals of sketching and design.
- Mathematical aptitude and high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks.
- Sound organizing and time management skills – able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with 3Ds Max, Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and working language as English.
